Chisholm’s bridal portraits are included in the Maitland Mercury’s regular feature of ‘recent weddings’ through the 1950s, at which time Model Studios were also active in the bridal portrait business, images being published adjacent to the Chisholm brides. The Chisholm studio was producing wedding portraits until at least February of 1963, but the date of the studio closure is unconfirmed.
School class photos [3] and photography for Maitland Girls’ High School [4] were also produced by Chisholm in the 1950s.
